Seamus Fahy

2014 Recipient

Seamus Fahey of Dedham is a respectful self-less young man making a positive impact on his school community. Some of his volunteer activities include: mentoring underclassmen as a Peer Leader, leading Dedham High’s chapter of SADD (Students Against Destructive Decisions) and becoming a religious education teacher for middle school students. Seamus has also participated in a number of activities that affect his broader community. He has volunteered at town-wide food drives, raised money for Cystic Fibrosis research and donated his time and energy to Big Brother/Big Sister events. Seamus plans on continuing his path of service by joining the Army ROTC program at Boston College. We applaud his efforts and wish him all the best this fall.
